RCI 0162 3/4" Rim Strike
The 0162 electric strike accommodates ½” to ¾” latch projection and is designed for use with Pullman latch rim exit devices. As a completely surface mounted strike the RCI 0162 requires no cutting of the door frame. The rugged stainless-steel strike accommodates hollow metal, aluminum and wood door frames. Its heavy-duty housing is reinforced to eliminate twisting in the case of imperfect frames. The one-piece conventional keeper promotes even load distribution for increased security in the event of an attempted forced entry.

The surface mounted, windstorm rated solution

The 9600 Series is a windstorm rated, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 3/4" throw latchbolt.
All components are completely encased within its 3/4" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation.
Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latch bolt and install.
Field selectable for fail secure and fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24VDC.

The 9600 is the only surface mounted electric strike designed with the strength and durability required to exceed the severe forces of ANSI Windstorm testing.

Falcon Dor-o-Matic 1690/1790 & First Choice 3600/3700 series exit devices. It utilizes a CAT-designed
custom assembly to maximize the pulling force. The only hole you’ll need to drill is the raceway!
It uses our new 1 TOUCH PTS “Push to Set” technology, making post-installation adjustments a
breeze.
