First Choice L3 Lever Trim for 3690/3790 Series Exit Devices

All L3 Lever Trims are factory ordered and typically require 3–5 weeks for delivery.
The First Choice L3 Lever Trim utilizes a unique gear-driven mechanism designed to provide smooth, reliable operation of First Choice Rim and Concealed Vertical Rod (CVR) exit devices. Compatible with most standard mortise cylinders, the L3 trim is an ideal solution for exterior door applications requiring controlled access and emergency egress.
A security collar is included with each trim for enhanced protection against tampering and vandalism.

Handing
• 10 = LHR (Right Hand Door) - (From the outside the lever is on the right side)
• 20 = RHR (Left Hand Door) - (From the outside the lever is on the left side)
• 13 = LHR with Key Cylinder
• 23 = RHR with Key Cylinder
Cylinder Cam Functions
M1 – Night Latch
- Turning the key fully retracts the latch.
- The key must be returned to its original position before it can be removed.
- The lever remains locked when the key is removed.
M3 – Hold Back
- Turning the key one complete rotation unlocks the lever.
- The key may be removed while the lever remains unlocked.
- Returning the key to its original position before removal re-locks the lever.
M2 – Passage
- Lever is always active and operable.
- Cannot be locked against entry.
M0 – Inactive
- Lever functions as a pull only.
- No mechanical operation of the exit device.
E1 – Electrified Trim
- Allows remote unlocking using 24VDC power.
- Low current draw (approximately 0.5 amps).
- Ideal for access control applications.
