LCN 4040XP-RW/PA Closer
The LCN 4040XP-RW/PA is LCN's premier heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer, engineered for the most demanding high-traffic and high-abuse commercial applications. Built with a rugged cast iron body, forged steel arm, and heat-treated steel pinion, the 4040XP delivers exceptional durability and reliable performance in schools, hospitals, government buildings, and other heavily used facilities.
Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 standards, the 4040XP also meets ADA reduced opening force requirements when properly adjusted. It is UL and cUL Listed for self-closing fire-rated doors (without hold-open).
LCN's patented Green Dial® makes spring force adjustments fast and accurate, while the Peel-n-Stick® templates simplify installation.
